Bookings
How do I book a service?
Open the Zigzag app, choose a service, select a date and time, add your address, and confirm. You'll see the full price — including VAT — before you pay.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. Open the booking from My Bookings and tap Cancel. Please review our Refund Policy for cancellation windows and any applicable fees.
How do I track my professional?
Once a professional is assigned, open the booking to see live status updates and their estimated arrival, right up to your door.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay securely by card or Apple Pay. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider — Zigzag never stores your full card details.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing and eligibility are described in our Refund Policy.
Why is my booking showing "Awaiting payment"?
This means payment hasn't completed yet. Reopen the booking and complete the payment step. If you were charged but the status didn't update, contact us and we'll resolve it quickly.
Account
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your phone number or Google account in the app. You can also browse as a guest and create an account when you're ready to book.
How do I manage my saved addresses?
Go to Profile → Saved Addresses to add, edit, delete, or set a default address for faster booking.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email privacy@zigzagservices.ae from your registered email and we'll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy and UAE PDPL.
